A day of festivities with seafood, beer, wine, demonstration kitchen and entertainment, all set in an enviable location with breathtaking views of the city.
Music will take you into the night with the city skyline a magnificent backdrop to the delightful aromas of these international cuisines. Pier to Plate visitors can savour the expanding range of mouth-watering local food and drink, both on site whilst taking in the festival atmosphere or to take home and enjoy.

- Fresh Fish truck
- ‘pop-up’ restaurants & gourmet vendors offering fresh seafood,
- boutique beer & wine suppliers whilst St Ali will be brewing the coffee,
- a demonstration kitchen,
- live music on the ‘Field of Dreams’ Stage
- kids entertainment.

About the food
Some of Melbourne’s best restaurants are ‘popping-up’ at Seaworks along with some local Williamstown favourites and the latest in gourmet vendors. Pier to Plate is a unique food event to delight the pallet, enrich the senses and offer something to suit all tastes and budgets.
Seaworks is working with Seafood Industry Victoria to deliver a pier to plate experience. Fresh fish will be on offer from the Seaworks’ pier, demonstrations will show how to clean and prepare seafood, while restaurants and caterers serve it up on a plate.
MoVida and Hellenic Republic and will join local icons Ragusa and the Duchess of Spotswood and food vendors such as .IT, Pinchy’s & Billy Van Creamy.
